Part-Time Positions:

  • Performing Arts Center House Manager

    Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department is accepting applications for part-time staff to assist with the general operations of the Williamson County Performing Arts Center at Academy Park. Responsibilities include but not limited to: assisting the PAC management team with ticketing, concession operations, ushering, backstage hospitality, and other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications/Experience: Must be 17 years of age or older. Talent and love for live events to include: concerts, musical theatre, drama, fine art, and outdoor festivals; excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with the public and other employees; computer skills. Evening and weekend hours required. Up to 20-25 hours per week.

  • Children's Theatre Instructors/Directors

Williamson County Parks and Recreation is seeking skilled instructors to lead WCPR Children’s Theatre programs. This can include musical theatre productions, straight plays, audition-based, class-based, camps and workshops. Program locations include the following Recreation Facilities: Franklin, Nolensville, Longview (Spring Hill), College Grove, and the Enrichment Center in Franklin. Performances will be in Franklin or possibly College Grove. Qualifications/Experience: Previous Instructor or Director experience is required. Must have a passion for children’s theatre and dedication to excellence. In addition to submitting an employment application, those interested in conducting classes will be asked to submit a class proposal and references. 

Applicants with experience in Music Direction and Choreography are also encouraged to apply.

The Williamson County Performing Arts Center is accepting applications for an Audio Engineer. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: working with the Technical Director and/or client to set up stage plots and show files for performances; mixing audio and handling cue playback during performances; performing other general technical duties. Flexible schedule, with evenings and weekends required. Up to 28 hours per week.
